چکیده
Objective: To assess the in-hospital outcomes in Anterior wall ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction patients presenting with Right Bundle Branch Block different reperfusion strategies.
 Study Design: Analytical Cross-Sectional Study.
Place and Duration of Study: Department Cardiology, Rawalpindi Institute Pakistan, from Sep 2020 to Feb 2021.
Methodology: Patients myocardial infarction who presented emergency department hospital were included study. Further evaluation was performed on individuals elevation anterior chest leads new-onset or presumably new bundle branch block electrocardiogram. diagnosed based 4th universal definition infarction. excluded those non-anterior ST-elevation infarction, prior coronary artery bypass grafting, previous percutaneous intervention, Left block. The treatment plan chosen by interventional cardiologist. Various parameters used measure ofdifferent therapies.
Results: 93 72(77.4%) males 21 females (22.5%). Mean age 59.91±11.93 years. Premorbid seen 41.9% diabetes, 32.3% hypertension, 18.3% smoking. Transient RBBB 64.5% study population persistence 35.5%. Mortality associated higher Killip class (p=<0.001), AV (p=0.078), increased no vessels involved (p=0.014), amplitude (p=0.083) lower EF values (p=0.032). Worst common medical treatment.
Conclusion: Poor Wall are linked length ofstay, co morbidities, class, elevation, disease complexity managed medicaltreatment.

Right Bundle - Branch Block and Left Anterior
Right bundle-branch block occurred in 42.8% and left anterior hemiblock in 35% of 14 patients after surgical replacement of the tricuspid valve. The combination of RBBB with left anterior hemiblock is caused by injury to the branching portion of the bundle of His or more likely, by a lesion involving the pseudobifurcation. This study provides further proof that left anterior hemiblock may be pr...
متن کاملGated 99mTc-MIBI myocardial perfusion SPECT in patients with right bundle branch block but without evidence of coronary artery disease
Introduction: We aimed to investigate the effect of right bundle branch block (RBBB) on perfusion and functional parameters in dipyridamole stress/rest Tc99m-MIBI gated myocardial perfusion SPECT (GSPECT) which may be helpful in interpretation of myocardial perfusion imaging. Methods: We studied 73 patients with low pre-test likelihood of coronary artery disease in two groups: 38 patients wit...
متن کاملOutcomes in patients with chronicity of left bundle-branch block with possible acute myocardial infarction.
INTRODUCTION Guidelines derived from patients in clinical trials indicate that emergency department patients with likely myocardial infarction (MI) who have new left bundle-branch block (LBBB) should undergo rapid reperfusion therapy. Whether this pertains to lower risk emergency department patients with LBBB is unclear. METHODS A total of 401 consecutive patients with LBBB undergoing an MI r...
متن کاملLeft Anterior Arborization Block Combined with Right Bundle Branch Block in Canine and Primate Hearts
Interruption of anterior fibers of the left bundle branch system together with right bundle branch block was accomplished experimentally in canine and primate hearts. In both species the electrocardiographic effects included a major alteration of the mean electrical axis to a superior and anterior direction. Epicardial excitation was markedly delayed anteriorly, causing widening of the QRS comp...
متن کاملPrognostic significance of right bundle branch block in patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction.
There is little information available concerning the influence of right bundle branch block (RBBB) on the prognosis of patients with inferior myocardial infarction (MI). In this study we evaluated the influence of RBBB on the short-term prognosis of patients with inferior MI. Our study subjects were 1,265 hospitalized patients with Q wave MI. Patients were divided into 4 groups based on the pre...
